About Crafted Exterior Services - Your Trusted West Virginia Roofing Specialists

Crafted Exterior Services was built on a straightforward idea: that homeowners and businesses in the Martinsburg & across West Virginia area deserve an exterior contractor who shows up, does the work right, and stands behind it. Owner Wes brought that idea to life after more than 15 years working in the roofing trade throughout the Eastern Panhandle and the broader tri-state region of West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.

Wes started in roofing because it is demanding, technical work that requires real skill and accountability. Over time he built the experience, supplier relationships, and crew depth to handle projects of any scale without cutting corners on any of them. Crafted Exterior Services grew out of that foundation, and it remains a family-operated company headquartered right here in Martinsburg at 85 Lynnhaven Dr Unit E. We are not a franchise, not a storm-chasing crew from out of state, and not a one-truck operation that disappears after the deposit clears. We are a local business with a real office, a trained production team, and a reputation built one roof at a time across Berkeley County and beyond.

Our Mission

Our mission is straightforward: deliver exterior work that holds up, communicate honestly throughout every project, and treat each property as if it were our own. Martinsburg homeowners and commercial property owners trust us because we do not oversell, we do not cut corners on materials or installation, and we do not walk away from a problem once the job is done.

Every project at Crafted Exterior Services starts with a thorough assessment, moves forward with transparent communication about what needs to be done and what it will cost, and finishes with a result the property owner can rely on for years. That approach has earned us repeat business and referrals throughout Martinsburg, Inwood, Hedgesville, Falling Waters, Charles Town, and the surrounding communities.

Our Values

The values that shape how we work are the same ones Wes built the company around from day one.

• Integrity means we tell you what your roof or exterior actually needs, not what generates the largest invoice. If a repair will solve the problem, we say so.
• Craftsmanship means every installation follows manufacturer specifications and industry best practices. We follow guidance from organizations like the National Roofing Contractors Association because lasting work requires doing it correctly, not just quickly.
• Accountability means we stand behind our labor. When something is not right, we make it right without making the customer fight for it.
• Community means we are invested in Martinsburg and the Eastern Panhandle because this is where we live and work. Our reputation here matters to us far more than any single job.
