Crafted Exterior Services Reviews and Testimonials
A contractor can describe its own work in any terms it likes. What a customer says after the crew has packed up and driven off is harder to spin, and far more useful. That is what this page collects: real reviews from homeowners who have already hired Crafted Exterior Services, along with a closer look at what those reviews reveal about working with the company.
Crafted is a full service exterior contractor based in Martinsburg, West Virginia, serving the Eastern Panhandle, western Maryland, and south-central Pennsylvania. Roofing is the core trade, and most of the stories below begin with a roof: a full replacement, a length of storm torn flashing, an emergency fix in freezing wind. Others reach into the wider exterior work the company handles, from siding to the rest of the building envelope. The one part of the exterior Crafted leaves to other trades is paint and stain.
Reading reviews is one of the smartest moves a homeowner can make before signing anything. Guidance from the Federal Trade Commission urges homeowners to check a contractor’s reputation on rating sites they trust and to ask past customers for details before committing to a project. We agree, and we would rather you read closely than take our word for it.
See and Verify Our Reviews
We stand behind every project we complete, and we encourage you to verify our reputation before you call. You can read every customer review on our Google Business Profile, confirm our licensing through the West Virginia Division of Labor, and consult the Federal Trade Commission for independent guidance on hiring a contractor. A roofing company with nothing to hide welcomes that kind of scrutiny.
Your feedback helps fellow Martinsburg and Berkeley County property owners make confident decisions when choosing an exterior contractor.
